I have been a fan since I read The Red Sea Sharks when I was about 8 or 9 years old. I still haven’t got around to seeing Spielberg’s effort but I am loving these fan art covers for imagined Tintin stories. They are quite clearly using already extant Herge Tintin art with the addition of new backgrounds, but this in itself creates another layer of interest; spotting the original illustration’s source.
