So, the reason February has only 28 days [most years] is still endlessly debated by scholars. But one of the possible reasons is that in the reconfigured Roman calendar it was the last month of the year and if any month had to be ‘bad’ [even numbers were considered ‘unlucky’ by the Romans] then the Winter was the time to get it over and done with.
Made me think of winter blizzards and by association the Star Wars Hoth scene with Luke being saved by immersion in the steaming entrails of a recently expired tauntaun. Found this image through a random search. Must be the weirdest but funniest/smartest [but somewhat creepy] product I’ve seen in ages. A tauntaun sleeping bag which even has printed intestines on the inside. For the little ‘uns that like to re-enact/imitate their favourite actors’ best scenes. Cool!
