one-off at the wrist

For the comfort of our patrons

Room 8 is one of five different films from the same script. As part of Bombay Sapphire’s Imagination Series, Oscar winner Geoffrey Fletcher wrote a script stripped of any stage direction and asked people to imagine their film.

This is my favourite. There are some real talents around. If only short films before movies made a come back. But the intermission in the middle of the main feature can remain a thing of the past [those pathetically small tubs of ice cream never satisfied anyway] as can smoking and non-smoking sides of the cinema. At least you got to watch on a decent sized screen, unlike the modern multiplex where you feel shoehorned into a matchbox.
