Simple running aims this year, as now concentrating on getting marathon time down [as well as shorter distances; as no ‘official’ Ultras planned for 2013].
- Start timing all runs again.
- Start speedwork again.
- Janathon Challenge – run every day in January.
- 90 minute Half Marathon in the Spring.
- sub 3:30 Marathon in the late Spring.
- Pace 70 year old father to 1:47 Half Marathon course record in June.
- A couple of ‘longer’ runs in the Summer.
- sub 20 minute 5K in the Summer.
- Start training for 2014 Ultras in mid Autumn.
- 3:20 Marathon in late Autumn.
- Movember Milo Miles challenge in November.
- Solstice Slog in December.
- Run over 5,000 km.
- Continue to develop as a running coach.
- Continue to help grow my running club.
- Work HARD but have FUN.
